This drawing was my third of the day. It was across the street of the science building. It appeared to be an older looking house. I did not have enough time to finish this sketch.

I agree that the second drawing shows improvement from the first. Your line quality has a whole lot to do with that.
Next time, try focusing more on the contours of trees that frame in a drawing. To me it appears as though you didn't give this as much attention as you did the building.
